Returns and refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Due to the nature of custom or personalized items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
